Is it food safe?

Yes, each stamp is made from a 6mm thick food grade acrylic. 

Is it strong and durable?

The Sugar Press sets are currently the most durable and thickest stamps available on the market. They are twice as thick as similar stamps which mean you don't need to use them with a sticky pad or board to apply them to your cakes, you can simply use your hands to imprint them.
